Where is Brian Mwenda?
Y’all remember Brian Mwenda? A few months ago, there was complete astonishment when the legal fraternity in Kenya, learned that Brian Mwenda, who is not a lawyer, had appeared before many courts and actually won more than 26 cases, some of them against lawyers with ‘big names and prominence’.
The Law Society of Kenya raced into denying that the aforementioned person had actually won any cases and it was all so misleading and the information was false. The same LSK then turned around and moved with speed to prosecute him.
Eric Theuri, the 50th President of Law Society of Kenya who had often been seen with him was quick to point that efforts to apprend him were in high gear & the LSK was optimistic that he would be brought to book.

These efforts to apprehend him stagnated when netizens showed pictures of the LSK president posing with the fake lawyer.
Anyway, things seem to be moving along slowly as is usual with the courts in Kenya. Makadara Court has issued warrant of arrest after Brian Mwenda failed to attend Court for plea.
