Did the Ministry of Education officials really ask for Akothee’s qualifications as she claims?
No they didn’t. This is another clout chasing move and a desire to remind people that she graduated.
The MoE looks at the level of education of the manager/head teacher and teachers and not the owner. In any case the requirement is Education Degree or Diploma certificate while Akothee didn’t take that. In a sense, she is irrelevantly using her example of advancing in academics.
MoE personnel’s should be questioned for asking academic credentials of Akothee in this scenario because she is not a teacher and those doesn’t bother MoE because the only credentials that they are after is the cert, dip and degree in education and TSC requirements of which we know Akothee doesn’t have and so the school is registered under someone else with the documents
Under whose name is Akothee’s school registered? She herself has come forward and said it has been difficult to get sponsors or any help for the school. Perhaps people don’t trust the school’s authenticity? Here’s what she said
This year my hands are full with Akothee Academy.
Even the friends I thought would support me nimekula ma blue ticks kibao πππ nanganga mwenyewe hata desk ya 3500 hawawezi ninunulia lakini kama ni pombe wangeninunulia champagne ya 17k π tena wangeniuluza ni hoteli Gani nataka kwenda.
Well, we wait to find out. Akothee recently graduated with a second class honors from Mount Kenya University after studying Human Resource Management.
