Why was Abebo relieved of his boat?
This fight took place in Zuckerberg streets. We all watched keenly as Abebo was relieved of his boat ๐ข and his other duties.
According to Easter, this was how it went down and she wrote:
This is a chronological narration of the events dated 16th August 2023 that led to me being insulted through a number that I had previously been informed belonged to Victoria Sands.
1. That…. I was part of the organising committee tasked with the responsibility of finding accommodation & organising for adventurous activities that myself and several other friends of mine would engage in as we visited Mbita in Homabay county, basically, my village.
2. That…. The attached images are excerpts of group chats pertaining to the organising of the aforementioned trip.
3. That… It had already been decided that we would patronise Victoria Sands, the only thing remaining unclear being Boat rides and costs for the same.
4. That…. In my wisdom, and also, an attempt to keep our costs in check, I thought spending 15,000 on a one hour boat ride was abit steep. So, as shown in the 1st and 2nd image , I contacted my dad so that he could reccomeded a boat that’d give us better rates.
5. That…. My dad took so long to respond, so I remembered that Abele had earlier posted that he owed a boat. How convenient was that going to be. Seek accommodation from Victoria Sands and also use Abele’s boat, a person I’ve always imagined was an owner. So I called the number on 16th August at 10.29am as shown on the 3rd image .
6. That… The words that were pronounced by the person, seemingly a woman, who picked the phone are beyond what I would publish on my wall. Shocked, I hanged up after exactly 54 seconds. As you can see on the 3rd image. the person handling the phone tried calling me again, but I ignored.
7. That… In my imagination, the person who picked my call was probably in an unpleasant mood, which I thought was understandable. We are human after all. As a result, still hoping to make contact in order to make inquiries and finalise on our bookings, I contacted Abele via Instagram, where for some reason that’s unknown to me, we had not been blocked. This is shown in the 4th image. On this very same screenshot, on 4th August 2023, even after I was allegedly blocked, you see Abele addressing me in Luo. We always spoke in Luo.
8. That…. On Instagram, precisely at 10.32am, as shown on the 4th image , I asked Abele for the cost of a boat ride since I imagined he owned a boat. The message was delivered, but went unanswered. I left it at that and waited for my dad to share his reccomendations. (Don’t forget this point, I’ll expound on it later)
9.That… At 10.33am, after hanging up to prevent my ears from listening to the unmentionables, ignoring a call from the same number at 10.31, I was called again. For a second time, I ignored the call. Shown on image 4
10. That…. Shortly after, precisely at 10.34am, having ignored the two mentioned calls, I received a text saying “๐๐ค ๐ฃ๐ค๐ฌ ๐ฎ๐ค๐ช ๐ฌ๐ค๐ฃ’๐ฉ ๐ง๐๐๐๐๐ซ๐ ๐ฉ๐๐ ๐๐๐ก๐ก? ๐๐ฉ๐ค๐ฅ ๐๐๐ก๐ก๐๐ฃ๐ ๐ข๐ฎ ๐๐ช๐จ๐๐๐ฃ๐ ๐ช๐จ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ง๐๐ ๐๐ ๐๐จ ๐๐ฃ๐ค๐ฉ๐๐๐ง ๐๐๐ฃ. ๐๐ ๐ฉ. Shown on image 5
11.That…. At 10.35am, another text followed, from the very same number, presumably from the very same person who picked my call “๐๐๐ก๐๐ ๐ ๐ช๐ข๐๐ก๐๐ฎ๐ ๐จ๐ค๐ข๐๐ฌ๐๐๐ง๐ ๐๐ก๐จ๐ “. Shown on image 5
12. That…. Between 10.34am – 10.38am, after the first text from the unknown person using a number known to all as belonging to Victoria Sands, I immediately informed other members of our Homabay Trip’s organising committee to abandon the plans we had to patronise either of Victoria Sands establishments and their boat. I explained my reasons and asked them to count me out if they so insisted to. This is shown on the 6th image.
13. Remember, I told you not to forget about paragraph 8. My dad finally got back to me on the very same day at 11.11am, shared images of boats as shown in the 7th Screenshot. I asked “๐๐ ๐ฟ๐๐๐๐ฎ, ๐๐จ ๐ฉ๐๐๐จ ๐ผ๐๐๐ก๐’๐จ ๐๐ค๐๐ฉ? ” His response was in the affirmative. “๐๐ ๐จ๐๐๐ก๐ก ๐ฃ๐ค๐ฉ ๐ช๐จ๐ ๐ผ๐๐๐ก๐’๐จ ๐๐ค๐๐ฉ” I told him. My dad recommended another boat named the “The Wave Dancer”
Before I continue, for avoidance of any doubts, what I’m about to write is strictly a response to the below allegations, as posted by Okiki Odero. Okiki Odero has expressly mentioned that he has posted on behalf of Kelitu Kaseo.
Kelitu Kaseo is neither a friend nor an acquaintance. I have seen her once or twice when patronising either or both of Victoria Sands, which ownership is unclear to me. I have however never said a word to her in person, nor picked my phone to call her on any number registered to her. I can safely say that she is a stranger to me.
I confirm that the images depicting text messages as attached on Okiki Odero’s post are communications exchanged between I and Abele Ibrahim who’s number has been 0713342597 from the time I knew him in 2019. I have added a screenshot of the same conversation from my own phone. So obviously, the post by Okiki Odero is about me, Easter Kojwang.
I can also confirm that sometime in March 2023, after realising that I suddenly couldn’t reach Abele, with whom we’d communicate sporadically, I got worried about him as any decent human would. After calls went unanswered, I dropped a WhatsApp message. The message was never delivered. Later on, I realised I had been blocked on FB๐คฃ๐คฃ, so on 15th May 2023, I wrote a message on WhatsApp to laugh about the fact that I had been blocked ๐คฃ๐คฃ๐คฃ๐คฃ. On 16th May, a response came through, stating that the number I had known as Abele’s since 2019, was now a business line, belonging to Victoria Sands, and that all communications directed to that number should strictly be business related. I immediately changed how the number was saved from Abele Ibrahim to Victoria Sands. Therefore, the images taken of the phone, posted by Okiki Odero on behalf of Kelitu Kaseo are accurate.
Additionally, it should be known that I personally do not handle any business phone numbers. I last did just before covid 19. My business numbers are handled strictly by team members who work at my business. The numbers are 0711109431 & 0792821022.
I Easter, strictly conducts my business communications via mail. So the number through which I sent the WhatsApp texts is not a business number related to any businesses that I manage.
#Prologue
I know not why an individual unknown to me would knowingly publish defamatory statements against me, completely unprovoked. I shall neither speculate nor give my opinion about the said individual because she/he is and will forever remain unknown to me.
However, if it is true that Abele, with whom ‘ I’ve been in sporadic communication since 2019 is married to the person making baseless accusations against my person, then, it is only fair for Abele himself, who apparently is the bone of contention between myself and the said unknown individual to come and clear the air.
It rather unfortunate that the libelous post against me by Okiki Odero on behalf of Kelitu Kaseo has not been pulled down, neither has an apology for the insult made via text been made.
It is indeed sad that it has come to this; that I have to share excerpts of the sporadic communications held between the said Abele and myself on various dates. You must note that, my only motive is to clear my already disparaged name as portrayed on Okiki Odero’s post made on behalf of Kelitu Kaseo.
If you look at the below WhatsApp conversations, is there anything that suggests that I, Easter Kojwang, a respectable woman is a boundless seductress, or a ‘malaya’ propositioning people’s husband as the post made by Okiki Odero on behalf of one Kelitu Kaseo suggests? As you can see, on the last screenshot, I asked him to explain the “my husband” posts that I’d seen on social media as he was pursuing me. He truly wanted to be in a relationship with me, so I demanded an explanation from him. I didn’t want him in that capacity, never have, never will. Being his friend was just enough. Me rejecting his advances didn’t make him an enemy. Nothing more.
I shall let you be the jury, judge and prosecutor.ย I rest my case. Who won this case? Easter 90% Kelitu and gang 10%
