Dear Safaricom. I am yet to understand this conduct from your customer care office..when one calls Safaricom customer care, they receive your call and put you on their products adverts.
Sometimes these advertising can go on for ministes before you get to speak to a member of their customers care team. The customer is told about all safaricom products which are not relevant to the situation.
When these minutes are tickling, you charge the common calling rates. Sometimes, the customer’s credit is exhausted when the advertisements are still running. Shame, shame, shame again and again 7 times!
When this happens one does not even get a chance to have the issue he or she called for resolved by your organization. Are these civilized business ethics? Do you know there is something called consumer rights in Kenya?
We do know that you want to make as much profits as possible but kindly do it in a civilized commercial environment. In summary, eating (let us call it eating) someone’s credit on your unsolicited adverts amounts to robbery with technology.
We need to sue you for you to understand that though we are an oppressed society we do not enjoy the oppression and exploitation we endure from the state, non state actors the church included plus black tax!
Whether I come in peace or violence is within my prerogative and within my limited right to expression as a born against African pope of the African Spirituality!
Mtukome!
