On Tuesday 30/01/2024, I wrote a letter to the CS Treasury and copied it to KRA commissioner general demanding a refund of the money they have been unconstitutionally deducting me for Housing Ulevi since July 2023.
When my clerk went at The Treasury Building, officers at The Treasury refused to receive my latter . The same happened at KRA Times Tower. They said that they had to consult their respective legal departments!
I will go there any time to effect those services in person. Njuguna Ndungu, prepare police to arrest me for serving a letter in a government office because I will be there with the letter. Had you just received the letter from my clerk I would not even to come near your unfriendly office!
KRA Commissioner General prepare anti terrorism police unit as you did to me in 2015 as I am coming to serve you with the letter. I am even assisting you with the offense that you will prefer against me-Behaving in uncivil manner !
The constitution allows citizens to even serve memoranda to state officers…..I am struggling to finish my own house na staki hizo zenyu…Fisi!
