According to Soyinka Lempaa, Kenya is already a failed state and these are the indicators:
The following 10 are indicators of a failed state;
1. Too many private schools .
2. Too many churches as against factories.
3. Too many chemist as opposed to hospitals.
4. Too many unemployed graduates.
5. Too many street families.
6. Too many pastors as opposed to teachers.
7. To many matatus and not trains & buses.
8. Too much garbage in towns and estates.
9. Too many prisoners in custody.
10. Too many traffic policemen on the road!
